Thanks for your positive emails over the last few weeks regarding our content on the blog! Your support and encouragement has been overwhelmingly positive.
This has been an incredible season of encouragment for us, watching pastors and planters launch churches (eighteen just at Easter!) and change lives with a fervent passion. We've had a chance to meet you over the last few months at a few conferences, and it has been a pleasure. Your ardor continues to mold and shape us as a company, as well as us as individuals.
For the first post in way too long, I'm going to start with a few questions for a new article, call it an unofficial PCI Church Planters Survey. Please email your responses to kendra@portablechurch.com! The responses can be as long as you want, or as short as you want! You can respond to some of the questions, or all. No rules: write me a book, sing me a song, recite a limerick or compose a haiku - I just want to hear from you! I'll publish the results in a new article for discussion.
Why do you choose to blog?
Are you modeling aspects of your ministry after any other church? If so, who are some of your greatest influencers?
What, in your opinion, differentiates this generation of church planters from previous ones? In other words, why are you different than say,church planters of 10 years ago?
